Overall responsible for QS/Projects in areas of MEP systems including developing process, standards, inspection procedures & evaluation tools in MEP matters.

Monitoring design development stages i.e. Schematic design to detail design to final design stage to freeze the final BOQ and budget for floating the tender.

The process followed by first stage Pre-Contract by floating of tenders with freezed tender drawings for selected pre-qualified vendors various round of technical and commercial interviews with vendors involves along with generating evaluation reports for management to understand on high price and low price items for further negotiate with vendors , for the services like 33/11/.44 Kva sub stn, WTP, STP, Vertical transportation, swimming pools and Water Bodies, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Fighting and detection, Boiler, DG's, BMS system and all other equipment and accessories related to the project. Awarding contracts LOI and LOA and mobilize contractor’s.

Once vendor mobilize, we have to deploy our billing and execution team to keep track on progress of work and payment to be made to maintain the cash flow of vendor.

Monitoring contractors & sub-contractors works on weekly basis and maintaining documents to evaluate calculation for EOT and LD’s to impose.

Controlling cost by keeping track on variations generating RVO’s for client approval after value engineering. Settlement of Final Account, calculation of Extension of Time (EOT) and Liquidity Damages (LD), Project documentation with contractors & subcontractors Coordinate with all MEP discipline, Contractor's engineering staff, project consultants / and Engineer on all aspects of MEP work.
To supervise and monitor the preparation of co-ordination drawings to ensure that all services are incorporated and coordinated with each other and also with building structure architectural features and interior finishes.
To review the material submittals with samples for Electrical equipment, HVAC equipment, plumbing equipment, lighting equipment, field devices and other associated MEP materials received from the Sub contractor and ensure such submittals are complied with the approved project specification/standards.
Liaise & coordinate with planning Engineer on all aspects of program / sequence of activities and work progress. Monitor & timely advice the Project Manager / Project Engineers on any anticipated conflict / coordination problems.
Distribute detailed information, documents and regulations as applicable to all concerned parties and ensure their acknowledgement and adherence to its contents. Periodical inspection of site activities and any discrepancies noticed shall be brought to the notice of Project Manager for any remedial action.
Preparation of as built coordination drawings on completion of works in respective areas.
