Tuesday, September 5

12:53 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Jackson. Caller stating that known male subject has returned to the residence and is currently in the driveway in a gold Trailblazer, caller was told to contact ACSO if the subject returned.

10:33 a.m. Suspicious Person in Plymouth. Caller concerned about homeless man living in the park, and that he leaves garbage everywhere and that there is no bathroom facilities.

11:17 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Martell. Caller states his mother is sending his wife text messages that he has diabetes, and if she doesn’t do something about it he is going to report her to APS and show up at her job and cause problems. Per caller he does not have diabetes and has told his mother to stop and she is refusing.

12:22 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Jackson. Caller has 8 rounds of ammo he would like to turn in.

2:43 p.m. Any Civil Problem in River Pines. Ongoing issue, caller stating landlord has been harassing the caller about moving out, Subject has 45 days to move out, per eviction notice.

3:05 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Occurred at 11:19 a.m., caller states male subject in a Dodge Ram was racing around the parking lot. Caller yelled at the subject to slow down and subject then backed vehicle up intentionally almost hitting the caller and yelled at her.

3:33 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller states sister-in-law, 73 years old, was to meet movers at 7 a.m. and caller has not heard from her since. Subject’s phone pings to gas station.

3:53 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Jackson. Male subject that lives in space listed came to caller’s residence and threw dry ice into caller’s kitchen, unknown reason why. Subject has possibly been drinking or on drugs. No weapons seen. Last seen wearing blue shorts, no shirt.

4:33 p.m. Welfare Check in Sutter Creek. Granddaughter texting caller that she left school with a friend and was not coming home. Unknown what friend’s name is.

4:59 p.m. Theft of Property in Pioneer. Caller got phone call from a female subject stating she was from Visa, caller provided personal information to caller. $1,500 missing from El Dorado savings account.

6:59 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Caller states ex is demanding vehicle keys from caller after verbally selling it.

7:39 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Male subject in a verbal altercation with staff refusing to pay for site and refusing to leave.

8:51 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Volcano. Ongoing issues, caller requesting contact wanting to report a known male subject calling and harassing her. She has been advised of the restraining order process.

9:29 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller stating that male subject, 34 years-old, came home and had been drinking and hit the caller in the head. No weapons. No medical needed.

10:59 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller has not heard from friend. 82 years-old, today. Very uncommon as they talk every day. History of heart problems. Caller would like contact.

Wednesday, September 6

12:28 a.m. Theft of Property in Martell. Female and male in a red Dodge are taking pallets. Male subject in red shirt and black shorts.

1:47 a.m. Any Civil Problem in Pioneer. Caller showed up to residence and previous owners are still living there. Subjects have removed trees, cut large holes into the walls and removed the tub from the bathroom.

2:09 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Caller stating her landlord is outside of the residence attempting to remove her and her boyfriend, advising she has not been evicted and has been paying rent.

6:41 a.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Employee has not showed up for work for a few weeks, has been there 18 years and never missed work. Unknown if there are health issues, subject lives alone.

7:49 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances Volcano. Caller was heading from Volcano and just as she passed the listed address she saw a man and woman standing in the road attempting to flag down drivers. Caller did not stop, advised they were close to Sutter Creek Volcano Road.

10:25 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Martell. Employee did not show up to work yesterday and money deposit for $2,200 did not get dropped.

11:43 a.m. Theft of Jackson Valley. Damage to mailbox, caller had notification from the Post Office that there were items delivered, unknown details.

11:46 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Fiddletown. Caller states ex-wife showed up at his address to drop off son, she is not allowed to go past the main gate. Caller’s girlfriend was at the house and stated she trespassed and made entry into the residence. No current restraining order on file. Requesting contact from a deputy.

1:19 p.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Jackson. Classic blue Mustang, no plates, occupied by a female subject with multiple dogs.

3:26 p.m. Any Civil Problem. Caller calling for mother who purchased a home and previous owners are still living there and damaging the property.

3:44 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in River Pines. Caller believes the residence was broken into, however nothing taken. Caller does not live at the residence, doesn’t know when it occurred.

5:53 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Lake Camanche. Verbal altercation, male subject. Felony arrest.

9 p.m. Suspicious Person in Plymouth. Caller advising a male subject, 30 years-old, 5’10”, gray shirt and dark pants, bald. Subject is walking towards the end of Miller, does not appear to be from the area.

9:38 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Caller states known male subject was trying to get into the residence. Caller believes the subject has now left. Associated with a Nissan pickup.

10:16 p.m. Motor Vehicle Accident - Property Damage Only in Plymouth. White sedan off the roadway, driver out of the vehicle picking up pieces of the vehicle out of the roadway.

Thursday, September 7

12:03 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Physical altercation, now a verbal altercation. Misdemeanor arrest.

10:42 a.m. Trespassing in Pioneer. Caller states she spoke with the court and legal aid who advised her of her legal rights regarding the trespassers in the residence. Caller wants assistance removing trespassers from the residence listed.

11:18 a.m. Suspicious Person in Pine Grove. CALFIRE out with a transient female with personal items stating she is going to live out in the woods for 40 days, refusing to leave.

2:33 p.m. Theft of Property in Pine Grove. Caller is an employee, states female subject, black tank top and shorts took a male subject’s wallet

off the counter and walked westbound on Highway 88 and is now hiding in the bushes next to another business. No weapons, unknown if subject has been drinking or if she is on drugs. Per caller, the male subject left in an attempt to find the female, unknown where he is now.

3:10 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Pioneer. Caller is hearing noises from under her house, stated it sounded like two women talking. Caller states she went to investigate and did not see anyone under the house. Caller wants the incident documented and a drive thru and check from an officer.

3:22 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Pine Grove. Caller states daughter came into the residence when the caller was gone. Per caller, restraining order is on file and subject is in trailer outside. Unknown if she has weapons, is on drugs, or if she has been drinking.

4:06 p.m. Welfare Check in Jackson Valley. Caller calling from Sonora, has called a friend in Jackson Valley three times this morning. Per caller, the phone gets answered but nothing but garbled noise heard on the other end. History of stroke and the caller’s friend lives alone. Would like contact made to make sure his friend is okay.

4:25 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Plymouth. Caller sees approximately three people, two males and a female removing items from neighbor’s residence for the past 30 minutes. Per caller they are taking the owners tools. Neighbor was taken by ambulance last week. Associated with a green Ford Ranger.

5:35 p.m. Animal Call in Plymouth. Caller states tow pit bulls, 1 with a leash, have been running up and down the roadway for last few hours.

7:52 p.m. Suspicious Person in Jackson. Caller states male subject, approximately 50 years-old, backpack, scruff beard is walking down into people’s driveways, looking in cars.

7:56 p.m. Burglary in Pine Grove. Caller States he just got home and noticed his garage was broken into and two chainsaws were taken.

8:04 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller states her husband, 79 years-old, left residence at this morning to go hunting in Pioneer at multiple locations and has not returned.

Friday, September 8

5:21 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Pine grove. Caller states neighbor’s house has been vacant for approximately four years and there is now a light on in the back room, no vehicles seen in the area.

5:31 a.m. Animal Call in Pine Grove. Injured mountain lion in the roadway in middle of westbound lane.

8:20 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Caller states two male subjects jumped on the caller and took the caller’s items. Caller is now walking on Camanche Parkway.

8:55 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Plymouth Caller states a male subject and female subject in a Chevrolet 1500 pickup were parked in neighbor’s driveway for 30 minutes. Per caller, neighbor is out of town and caller asked them to leave. They did not speak English but left towards Fiddletown. Unknown if subjects have weapons, are on drugs, or if they have been drinking.

10:57 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Pine Grove. Caller states $16 was charged to caller’s bank card from a store. Caller believes an unknown subject made a copy of his bank card to charge to his account.

12:52 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller states granddaughter is 18 and moved in with boyfriend who is 15 and wants to know her rights on physically removing her from boyfriends residence and bringing her home.

1:58 p.m. Suspicious Person in Jackson. Caller was out at Electra Road today where she noticed this man watching her. Per caller this male subject was approximately 60 years-old, short gray and black hair wearing a hat, no shirt, gray backpack and pants. Subject has been following her for approximately two years. Per caller, the male subject has never done anything to harm her, but she has noticed that he shows up in places she is and watches her. Caller left Electra headed towards Calaveras, male followed. Associated with a white Mitsubishi Outlander.

6:14 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson. A gold sedan parked on side of road, there was a male in a green shirt walking around the vehicle, kept looking to see if anyone was watching him then the caller watched him crawl under the parked vehicle. Caller could not provide a description of the other vehicle that the mane came from.

7:42 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Volcano. Loud music, caller states his neighbors music is so loud he can’t hear his T.V.

8:31 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Willow Creek. Caller states there are people trying to come and take her home, when asked who she could not provide a name or how many. Then her story changed to say no one was there now but they were on their way from the house behind her or from the mountains. Caller sounds very agitated.

9:02 p.m. Welfare Check in Jackson Valley. Older Toyota silver sedan with an older male subject hanging halfway out of the driver side window didn’t appear to be moving.

10:20 p.m. Welfare Check in Sutter Creek. Caller’s ex is refusing to allow caller to have contact with his son who is 2 1/2 years-old.

Saturday, September 9

2:35 a.m. Welfare Check in Sutter Creek. 911 open line, can hear a male subject in the background and other voices. Conversation sounded heated at times between a male and female, number comes back to person listed.

3:44 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Pioneer. Caller states house is vacant and lights are coming on and off.

10:40 a.m. Suspicious Person in Sutter Creek. Female subject in a vehicle, a white Suburban, changing in the driveway. Long blonde hair, approximately 40 years-old. Caller asked her to leave the property and the female subject is refusing. Subject possibly on drugs, unknown if she has weapons.

11:58 a.m. Suspicious Person in Pioneer. Caller’s neighbor is housesitting for owner of the residence who is currently in the hospital, found the residence ransacked yesterday. Per caller, items such as a rifle, and lock box with approximately $5,000 taken. No one inside the residence currently, no associated vehicle.

12:29 p.m. Any Civil Problem in Pioneer. Heard only, caller states known male and female reside at the residence next door. Caller can hear yelling coming from the residence, has been going on for a year. Caller states the male yells so loud she can hear the male as if he were next to her front porch,. Male also yells foul language constantly.

2:58 a.m. Any Civil Problem in Pine Grove. Caller states neighbor across the street has been having a yard sale for weeks. People show up and park in the caller’s and other neighbor’s driveways to attend the yard sale. Caller wants deputy to confront owner of yard sale regarding parking issue.

7:29 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Jackson. Woman and a child and a man are taking stuff out of the donations box at the thrift store.

8:18 p.m. Extra Patrol in Pioneer. Caller requesting extra patrol in the area of the house down the intersection, per caller she is a widow and another older woman across the street were both unsettled from the night before when she saw flashlights around the home.

11:23 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller states fireworks are being set off at the house on the corner. Caller can hear them and see sparks through the trees.

Sunday, September 10

12:08 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Martell. Caller states he and his assistant have been kidnapped, violating their Constitutional rights. Caller unable to tell me who kidnapped him and stated he was in a house of pallets near the First Baptist Church.

9:01 a.m. Welfare Check in Sutter Creek. Mother has possibly been drinking called and said she was not okay.

9:09 a.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller’s mother texted the caller stating to call the cops. Per caller, she and her boyfriend have been having issues, Caller advised they were in a verbal altercation last night while the boyfriend had been drinking. Caller unsure what is going on today, but thinks it is probably related to the fight last night.

11:20 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Altercation in the day use area with a white pickup.

1:26 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Caller is security, male transient subject, approximately 40 years-old, black shirt, jeans, red cart. Subject is taking pictures of people walking by. No weapons seen. Subject possibly on drugs.

4:13 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Pioneer. Cluster of mailboxes, back open - unknown if anything was taken.

Monday, September 11

8:16 a.m. Illegally Parked Vehicle in Jackson Valley. Caller states a fifth wheel is blocking part of her driveway and the fire hydrant.

9:43 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Jackson Valley. Caller an employee, advised by Amador Transit Driver that he went to pick up senior citizen at 8:30 a.m. who did not answer the door, saw a subject - no further description - on back porch or the yard, per Amador Transit Driver the senior citizen is in a wheel chair and always is waiting in front of the residence at scheduled pickup time.

10:03 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Pioneer. Caller states husband has been outside every night sitting on the log across from her residence.

11:17 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson Valley. Green Honda Civic, female subject, approximately 40 years-old in the parking lot, pulling copper wire from vehicle.

12:03 p.m. Theft of Property in Martell. Small red SUV left towards Industry, male subject, approximately 30 years old, long dark hair, tattoo above left eye. Subject took a couple phones, ripped out of the display.

1:10 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller is an employee of Area 12 Agency on Aging, client was not answering door or phone, lights on inside, fan on inside. Subject has a history of medical issues, caller tried yelling for her with no answer.

2:38 p.m. Theft of Property in Pioneer. Black Nissan Sentra left east bound, male subject approximately 55 years-old, took 6 cones from in front of the school, trunk would not shut.

2:39 p.m. Theft of Property in Pioneer. Caller states someone took wallet while at the store, cards have been used at Chevron and Dollar General. Caller has cancelled the credit cards

4:25 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Pioneer. Neighbor put up a camera on a tree on the caller’s property along with an electrical cord, caller currently not at the property.

4:52 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Fiddletown. Occurred between 5 p.m. and 9 a.m., caller states 10-20 deceased birds including ducks, chickens, and swans have been dumped. Some of them are wrapped in plastic.

4:58 p.m. Burglary in Plymouth. Barn broken into and damage, unknown if anything was taken, possible attempt to steal the ATV.

5:12 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Pioneer. Caller states ex, new girlfriend and unknown how many others are behind the liquor store watching her.

7:50 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller called 911 trying to get a hold of husband at Kit Carson, dispatch provided caller the number but caller seemed to have trouble with that.

Tuesday, September 12

8:08 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Cold, approximately 10 p.m. last night, known male subject followed caller into the store and was verbal and walked away, later approached her in the vehicle in the parking lot and tried to push a cart into her vehicle. Cart did not make contact with her or the vehicle.
